Leticia Nugent RD
Leticia was born and raised in the West Kootenay area. After attending NAIT and graduating in 2013 she moved back to her home town of Rossland BC and started working at Robert Haack Denture Clinic as a third generation registered denturist. After a year of working Leticia was offered the chance to buy the business. In July of 2014 she purchased the business and changed it to Record Ridge Denture Clinic. Since becoming a denturist, Leticia has taken pride in growing her business and continuing her education to better serve the West Kootenay area in her two locations of Trail and Castlegar. When not at work Leticia enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter camping, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and tending to her hobby farm. She also is part of the Castlegar Rotary evening club, the Chamber Of Commerce in both Trail and Castlegar BC and is passionate about the revitalization of the downtown core of Castlegar BC.
Tara Jones RD
Tara Jones was born and raised in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Attended NAIT for the denturist program in 2006, graduated in 2009. Moved to Grande Prairie AB to practice until 2016. This is where she gained experience in denturism and implants. She had the opportunity to work with many implant systems such as locators, bars from gold to milled, all on 4, ReBourke system and other removable and fixed cases. She sat on the College of Alberta Denturists Hearing Tribunal board and the Conference Planning board for 5 years Tara is working at Record Ridge Denture Clinic, in hopes to gain knowledge and experience as well as share what she has come to learn over the years. The beautiful scenery, people and weather brought her and her husband to the Kootenays. In her spare time, she enjoy being outdoors, hiking and exploring her new surroundings.
Robert Haack RD
Retired Denturist/ Lab Technician
Robert was born in Rossland and grew up in Castlegar BC. After interning with his dad as a denturist he became a registered denturist in 1980. He has been working in the West Kootenay area for the last 36 years servicing denture patients with the utmost care. He has worked in clinics in Nelson, Castlegar and finished off his career in Trail BC. After taking a step back in 2014 and selling his business, Robert has been fulfilling his passion for making sure everyone has accessibility to top notch dental care. He works with the FAIR society and is contracted out by the TEETH clinic of Nelson, to help as many people in the West Kootenay area as possible to receive affordable dental care.
When Robert is not at work he enjoys spending all his time in the outdoors camping, hiking, taking photos and spending time with his family and granddaughter
Paige was born and raised in Rossland, BC. She attended Camosun College studying Psychology and later, College of the Rockies studying Business Administration. Between studying, she spent time working in northern BC and Alberta in the oil and gas industry and travelling Europe. Paige started working at Record Ridge in 2016 and is now our office manager.
When not at work Paige enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs enjoying the Kootenays.
Originally from Sweden, Vanessa came to Canada through Vancouver and ended up in the Kootenays in March 2017. She loves the Kootenay lifestyle and spends a lot of her free time outdoors hiking, skiing, and tending to her garden. Currently pursuing her HR Diploma at BCIT, Vanessa joined our Administrative team in August 2017.
Vanessa is currently on maternity leave enjoying motherhood with her first born child, Eliot.
Ashley was born and raised between Fruitvale and Rossland, BC. Ashley has dedicated her life to her family and spends her free time with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Aaliyah and Rylan. Now that her children are getting older, Ashley has reentered the workforce and is enjoying her professional growth within Record Ridge!
Stephanie is the newest member of the Record Ridge team. She grew up in Langley, and later studied Criminal Justice at the University College of the Fraser Valley. Moving on from college, she worked various administrative positions between the oil sands in Alberta and BC before deciding to travel. After spending time in Mexico, China and Australia, she got married and they decided to set roots in Castlegar where her husband, Jeff, grew up to raise their daughter, Sawyer.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys camping, reading, yoga and spending time in her home based paint studio.
