Due to the severity of the Covid-19 virus, The College of Denturists of BC has implemented heightened safety regulations for us to follow in order for us to serve you.

We are currently open for appointments only. We are not able to have any walk ins at this time. We are working through our backlog of patients that have been waiting for appointments. We are now open in both Trail and Castlegar locations at a very limited capacity, so we thank you in advance for your patience with us while trying to meet the high demand we are currently facing.

Prior to each appointment we will call to pre-assess your suitability to attend the clinic. If we find that you are suffering from any ailment that is a symptom of Covid-19 or fit other criteria; we will direct you to BC's online self assessment tool or to call 811 and we will reschedule your appointment.

We are asking that unless you require assistance from a caregiver or family member, you attend your appointments alone so we can avoid additional exposure.

Masks or face shields are required prior to entering either clinic, and we are no longer providing them due to the PPE shortage. You will not be permitted to enter without either a mask or a face shield in order to protect ourselves and our other patients. Once you enter for your appointment you will be required to either sanitize or wash your hands. You will then be required to fill out our Covid-19 consent form and we will take your temperature.

The safety of the public and our staff are our highest priority. If you have questions about our Covid-19 response please feel free to call or ask when in the clinic.
